Gevey sim will work to unlock my AT&T iPhone for tmobile? How would I get that to work out? I'm tryin g to sell my friend my iPhone but he has tmobile would he bring the gevey sim to tmobile and have them sync it with there system

You would buy the Gevey, put it into your SIM tray, and follow the instructions included in the package to activate it to unlock. You don't need to bring it to T-Mobile...

Anyone know how t mobile works do you like just insert this gevey sim and then call a number and it activates it with tmobile? I know with like AT&T you need to get the aim activated for your phone number

I think I covered this already... The instructions are included with the package. Generally speaking, you put it in the SIM tray with the TMobile SIM, it gives you a welcome screen, you go through the setup on your phone, then it's done.

Alright, one more question does upgrading to a newer version give me a new base band? or would u not adivse upgradeing version? i dont understand how a almost 1 year old version has no unlock

I would suggest keeping it at 4.2.1
