    Default 3g 3.1.3 help

Hi guys, I just recieved a 3g on 3.1.3 5.12.1 bb. I can not find how to unlock it. It seems that all the unlock programs are updated and don't support this phone. If I could find a link to a custom ipsw I could use iReb and restore via iTunes. Or a link to sn0wbreeze 3.1.3 (v2.1 I belive)
    any help is apreacieated.
    Thanks,
    Nick

Just jailbreak with Redsn0w 0.9.4, browse to stock 3.1.2 and unlock with Ultrasn0w, no need to restore.

Ok, thanks! I haven't been lucky enough to find a phone on this bb till now... Too bad it's a 3g not a 3gs lol.
    Thank-you,
    Nick

With the new 4S announced you should probably look into getting a 3GS due to the fact that the price has dropped to free with contract, which I am sure has dropped the street price of the 3GS.

I actually have three 3gs phones, 2 working on tmobile bb 6.15 and one for parts. I also have 2 3g phones but this is the only one running. The last two phones I got were givin to me, the 3g had water damage but I cleaned all the connectors and did a restore to 3.1.3. My only issue seems to be that it drops wifi when in sleep mode and it takes forever to link back up. The newest 3gs just needed new glass. Everyone wants newest and greatest and seem to not care about the investment they made on the old iPhones.
