    Yes it is

    In fact I bought it and arrived to me in Egypt (The seller has 10% off when I bought it so it was 17.99$) and it has the F981 chip, needs FuriousMod source not that xgroove crap and it is from Applenberry (it didn't come with instructions though)

    It works great too in automatic jailbroken mode
