My 3gs wont work with ultrawn0w etc.

Hi this is my first issue, my iphone 3gs cant recordgnize my sim card, even if i install Ultrasn0w 1,2,3.

Some infromation of my phone,
Firmware: 4.3.1 Custom
BaseBand/Modemfirmware: 06.15.00
Operator/Carrier:Telia S
Sim: telia S

i have try to upgrade my firmware to 4.3.5 but it´s failed every time with 1015 error ( Tinyumbrella, IReb Does´nt fix it),
so im stuck on 4.3.1.
but when i click on

When i try to choose operator its says "imited network. Your selected cellular network is limited. You can select a different network in settings" (translate with google translate)

So i know that my imei isnt blocked, but what else could been wrong? Plz help me
