Update iTunes after jailbreak and unlock

Hi,
I'm running itunes 10.3.1 on a MAC
I'm using a iPhone 3GS JAIL BROKE AND UNLOCKED on 4.3.1 with baseband 06.15.00
My question is there is always a iTunes update can I update the iTunes software or will it mess up my unlock...

Is there any reason to update my itunes. Everything on my mac is up to date except my iTunes.

I need my unlock because Im currently living out of the USA and I'm using a Claro BR out here in Brasil.

Your itunes is fine to update. Just do not update your iPhone firmware.
