Upgrading Basebands, would I be possible to unlock my phone again?

After upgrading to iOS 5 Beta 6 I upgraded my basebands also and lost my SHSH blobs. Can I possibly unlock my phone somehow? How are "developers" going on with the unlocking of the new basebands?

if your bb is not 1.59, you will no longer be able to use any software unlock. only hardware unlock like Gevey is your only option.
