sory my phone is 3g and my firmware is 4.1 but after i finish to restore and activate the sim card says "your simcard cant activate your iphone"

Is this an official carrier sim that you are using to activate your device?

Unlockit is an apn changer and plays no role in unlocking any devices. It is used primarily to change or install different apn profiles.
