I tried to JB my iPHone 4.1 with PwnageTool 4.1.3.
For now, I can see the baseband is 06.15.00-6.4_M3S2 from TinyUmbrella, but the phone is still locked.
And I try to restored from the customized ipsw file by iTunes, it showed me 1604 error??
Any clues? Thanks
PS
o I need to start TinyUmbrella's TSS server to fool iTunes?

To unlock it when it has a 6.15 baseband you need to download "Ultrasn0w" from Cydia in order to unlock it.

Sorry, I can not access Cydia since it stuck on the "emergency call" screen and said there is not a activated SIM card

I find a link:
Hacktivate iPhone 4 on iOS 4.1 with GreenPois0n Confirmed | Redmond Pie
Then it bring me to Redsn0w 0.9.5. I doubt it will work since Redsn0w 0.9.8 ending in an unexpected error.

pwnage tool or sn0wbreeze should both have options to help you hacktivate the device when creating custom firmwares.
Click on "No" when PwnageTool asks you “Do you have an iPhone contract that would activate normally through iTunes"

This version of pwnagetool(4.1) said I don't appear to have iTunes 8.0 or later

With the customized ipsw by pwnagetool4.1, iTunes has the same 1600 error in iMac and PC. For 1600 error, Apple suggest to remove and re-install iTunes.
Remove and re-install iTunes 10.4, no progress.
Try the ipsw built by pwnagetool4.1.3, this time iTunes shows 1604 error,USB problem
. But the same cable restore stock ipsw without any problem.
Try redsn0w, it runs faster than pwnagetool, but shows "unexpected error" in the end.
One more question:
Should I put the iPhone in DFU mode or RECOVERY mode when using iTunes to restore?
In RECOVERY mode, iTunes shows one phone in the sidebar.
In DFU mode, it shows 2 phone in the iTunes sidebar.
UPDATE:
I fire up TinyUmberlla, it shows DFU device twice.
07/31/2011 18:08:12.166 DFU Device connected
07/31/2011 18:08:12.273 DFU Device connected
It looks like there is some problem with the USB system. Or the phone real sick?
Any clues to fix this?Last edited by 6littleboys; 07-31-2011 at 04:11 PM.

It works finally!

The only different for 4.1 FW is to "exit recovery" not "Fix Recovery" in TinyUmbella.
Many thanks to ihappy, tarekelmalah! Without their kindly advice, my iPhone is still a brick!
To summery up:
What I have is an iPhone4.3.5 with iPad Baseband 6.1.5, update from 4.3.3 by accident and stuck in DFU loop.
1.Download 4.1 stock firmware from apple.
2.Restore 4.1 directly using iTunes.
3.Backup 4.1 SHSH using TinyUmbella.
4.Make a custom firmware using PwnageTool_4.1.3.
5.Restore 4.1 custom firmware using iTunes.
6."Exit Recovery" using TinyUmbella if need.
