im curious to know as well. i dont think anyone from the dev team has released any news for a very long time regarding ultrasnow or software unlock. think software unlock may never be a solution moving forward.

No news. Unlocks involve few individuals and are very hush-hush. It's impossible to make any assumption based upon the knowledge available.

We've heard nothing. It's safe to assume we shouldn't expect anything really. It'd be a nice surprise then if/when it happens

Agreed. Now that Apple is selling factory unlocked iphones, there may never be a software unlock for any other baseband past 1.59 using ultrasn0w. Don't quote me on that though.

That would be so awesome. No more turbo sims. Not that I have anything against them but nothing beats a good ol' software unlock
