Can an iPhone 3GS iOS4.1 05.14.02 BL6.4 be downgraded to 4.0 and unlocked?

Thanks to you and iHappy everything went fine, just inserted my SIM and after a minute it was up and running like a charm (except for GPS range which is about 3-4 miles off, lol, but I already expected that and I never used any GPS before so I'm all set).
