Activiating iPhone 4 4.3.4?

Well, problem is, I don't have a SIM card, and I got the phone on 4.3.4. I just want to hacktivate it. And I have Windows Vista... not a Mac.. so.. is there a way you can do it with 4.3.4?

By the way, do you think it's gonna come out untethered later?

Not that I am aware of. All the tools are basically for 4.3.3 and below.

Not really sure if anybody is gonna work on it with iOS 5 right around the corner but you can search around and see if you find anything.

There is a redsn0w jb for 4.3.4 but its tethered and its not 100% working. Plus there is no option for hacktivation.

You can try using sn0wbreeze or pwnage tool but from my understanding they only work up to 4.3.3.
