But other then updating my 4.2.1 3GS mb to 06.15.?? Is the any way to unlock my phone? Plz plz help idiots plz avoid writing any comments.

To unlock it, go into cydia and install ultrasnow, that will unlock it.

Unfortunately if your baseband is not 5.13.04 and below, you will have to use the iPad baseband. There is no other way for your device.
