hey please help.. i have tried for 3 days to get my iphone to use my prepaid data plan and it wont work
come on i see ppl reading this and no one replying.. please some one help me.. i have tried everyting

What carrier? Did you call their technical support?

i have set my apn i have went thru redsnow to jailbreak and i have used ultrasnow to unlock and i have tried everything to unlock i have 3gs. white. 16gb and 4.3.2

How did you restore to 4.3.2, using Stock or custom firmware ? You should check your baseband too, we need to know your baseband in order to proceed to help you out. Originally Posted by xTankx

He's been PM'ing me. He's on an att carrier so I told him that the ultrasn0w unlock was useless since he was on an official carrier. He said he's tried resetting the settings, running Unlockit, setting the apn, etc. Other then doing a full restore and waiting for the sim to activate I don't know what else he can try to do. He's on a prepaid GoPhone plan and att told him it wouldn't work.

Then he should just restore to stock firmware, let the GoPhone activate it , check the APN and that should take care of it. No Ultrasn0w is needed.

Thats exactly what I told him to do but he's saying att told him his data plan wouldn't work because he's on a prepaid GoPhone plan. Originally Posted by iYeow

NOw im stuck on recovery mode.. i have tried a thousand times to restore it and it wont work
