Hacktivation and no push notifications issue

I used redsn0w above to hacktivate my phone 4 on iOS 4.3.3. I just got done setting up everything (including installiing 12.5 gb worth of apps) and realized that I have NO push notifications coming through. I tried to download SAM and then clicked on "Revert Lockdownd to Stock" but then it gave me a "stockification failure" notification and I can't get out of "FactoryActivated." How can I get push notifications working again (without restoring my iphone again and then using an official AT&T sim to activate it)?

I also already tried push doctor and pushfix 2.0. Pushfix just didn't work (and it had some errors when trying to install), and push doctor gives me a "half installed package" notification that gives me the option to forcibly clear or ignore (and it doesn't work). Is there any way I can get push notifications working without having to restore again and using an then using an official AT&T sim to activate my phone?

I have the same problems, half installed Cydia apps that crash the system, and SAM doesn't deactivate my phone or anything!

I ended up having to restore my phone to get them working. You also have to set it up as a new phone (i.e. you lose all your backups) because if you restore with an old backup, you still won't get push notifications, despite the wildcard activation (so I actually restored 3 times total.. ugh).
