iPhone 3GS Issues After Unlock?

Hey guys I got an iPhone 3GS. I JB and Unlocked it with Redsn0w on 4.1 FW and got the custom baseband. Then I later used sn0wbreeze and hacktivated it and updated it to 4.3.3.

I always get 1 bar and NO SERVICE on my T-Mobile sim. And sometimes when I have 2 bars and try to call someone, NOTHING happens. It doesnt ring at all.

I tried to reboot/re jb it, nothing. I reset my network settings, nothing.

I don't understand what more I can do to fix it! Please someone, anyone, help me. I payed freaking $70 just to fix this cracked screen and now I don't get any fuggin service!

1) I have 3G turned off
2) I installed SAM after I JB and activated it the legit way then used ultrasn0w to unlock it.
3) Network: T-Mobile
Carrier: Carrier 10.0

Its just that the calls dont go at all. The messages dont go either. I dont understand why.

UPDATE: ALSO THE CARRIER ALSO GOES TO NO SERVICE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. Its very annoying
