Default 3G 4.2.1 06.15.01 baseband - how to tell if my phone is unlocked
    Hi all,

I recently upgraded to the ipad bb, then I installed ultrasn0w to unlock.

Problem #1: Since I installed ultrasn0w, my iphone keeps turning off then rebooting itself continuously. This usually goes on for about 10-15 minutes - until it finally stays on.

Question: Is there any way to stop the iphone from doing this?

Problem #2: Since I have stopped using my iphone with at&t (I plan on going with T-Mobile since I was informed that, once unlocked, I can use the iphone with T-Mobile as just a phone - without a data plan), there is not a working sim card in the iphone. I have no way of telling whether my iphone has been unlocked.

Question: Can anyone tell me if, just by installing ultrasn0w, my iphone will be unlocked?

    Thank you.

It should be unlocked if you install ultrasnow. kinda weird that it continually reboots though.

With the constant rebooting - as long as I don't let the battery die down, it won't do it! Oh well, I can live it. Thank you, Simon. You have been helpful as you have always been.
