which anti virus / fire wall you have ? it may be hampering your software... cause in snowbreeze it took less than 5 mins to download the ipad BB

I'm stuck on 4.3.3 custom FW made by sn0wbreeze 2.7. My baseband is stuck on 05.16.02. I want to unlock it for tmobile, but i read that i have to update BB to the ipad one which sacrifices GPS. Which is fine considering my friend doesn't use data.

i was on 4.1 then i did a restore. Now i am on 4.2.1. Open redsnow again and select only install cydia and still get stuck at reboot stage. Try to install ipad bb alone stuck again . I am running redsnow in xp compability mode and administrator

Are you sure its a 3GS? Does it have the compass app?

If you restored recently like last few weeks then you probably have a 3G and not 3GS. You would be on 4.3.3 if you had a 3GS unless you used shsh blobs to restore to 4.2.1.

Finally o can jaibreak it and install ultrasnow by ifunbox. Now i have a new problem. After install ultrasnow it keeps searching for like 10 mins then turn out no service. Lol so many trouble of this stupid phone

What's your baseband? (modem firmware) if it's higher than 5.13.xx then it's not unlockable.

I installed an ipad bb. 3gs fitmware 4.2.1. Ultrasnow 1.2.3

Upgrade ur bb to 6.15( remember this will make u lose ur gps) theb jailbreak it install ulttasnow it should be working

Wifi should be fine, assuming you don't have a hardware problem with it.

I am thinking that it would might be a problem in hardware. I tried to use an at&t with internet plan to dowload cydia. It still doesnt work. Give up!!
