Unlock 3GS 4.1 BB 06.15.00

Ok this is the deal. I upgraded my 3GS to 4.3.1 and lost my ultrasnow unlock (school boy error I know). Since then I've tried everything to get it unlocked but nothing has worked. I upgraded my BB to iPad BB 06.15.00 and that didn't work with ultrasnow either. Ultrasnow fixer was a non starter as well.

Anyway, I downloaded tinyumbrella and found a 4.1 shsh (wish I'd found this sooner). I restored to this, it obviously still leaves me with iPad baseband though, I installed ultrasnow again but it still doesn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've been going round in circles for months! Thanks.

Oh extra info: Network says 'Not Available'

Carrier under 'general', 'about' says O2 8.0.

You're sure the phone is on 6.15.00? If so, did you ensure you have the latest version of ultrasn0w?
