Best unlocking tool?

Just got my hands on a iPhone 3GS that needs unlocking, It's running software version 4.3.2 and the baseband is 05.16.02?

First of is this unlockable? Read about upgrading basebands but I'm a little un-sure of that and how to just upgrade a baseband!

Secondly if it is unlockable what's the easiest tool to use? Don't like it where I need to download firmware and build packages etc?

which netowrk is it locked on??

Get redsn0w 0.9.6rc15 and install the ipad baseband. Then run redsn0w again after successfully flashing the bb to install Cydia.

Remember if you upgrade the baseband you can lose GPS function and you will never be able to restore to any stock firmware
