If I were to hacktivate my brand new iPhone 4
would the apple website show my iphone as still "not activated"? I want to do this so I can extend the warranty. my thinking here is that iphone 4 warranty starts when you insert at&t sim and activate your iphone. Thanks in advance!

It starts the moment you buy the phone. They scan the serial number. Check your reciept it should show your serial on it also. They know when you buy the phone.
