Accidentally Upgraded iOS and Locked out!!

Hello, so I had accidentally updated my iphone 3gs from the old 3.xx iOS to the 4.3.2 by accident!! My phone has been jailbroken so I can use it after moving to Europe, but now it is locked up! How do I get it back to a jailbroken, unlocked state??

You can jailbreak it with redsnow 0.9.6rc14. To unlock you will have to update your baseband to the ipad one (you will see this option in redsnow too). You will lose gps if you do this though and there is no going back from it.

Thanks Simon, but the problem is that my phone is locked out; turning it on only gives me the screen telling me to connect it to iTunes. I'm the most concerned with getting back my contacts, and even pictures if possible.

redsnow will get you past that emergency call screen.
