I got the imei unlock while it was still available, from a member of this board. Shout out to "Wireless"
Now, I am on 4.3.1. I am Sh*t scared to upgrade the phone, I barely have the balls to connect it to itunes. I cut the internet off first before syncing, just in case Apple's watching.
I know, i'm probably paranoid. But I want to knwo, did anyone else use the imei unlock (cutyoursim. com or others) and have you updated it without problem?
Can apple take back this unlock? Has anyone heard of ANYTHING. Issues, good new, bad news, can-do's or cant-do's
I just want to find out whats going on since this short lived unlock hit the market and disappeared.
PLEASE POST ANY VERIFIABLE INFO YOU HAVE IN REGARD TO THIS TOPIC. ANY INFO is HELPFUL TO SOMEONE.
Much appreciated in advance

I'm not sure what kind of verifiable info you're looking for,but I have updated to 4.3.2 from 4.2.1 with no issues,no relocks. I got my unlock from cutyoursim.com As a matter of fact I went from 4.2.1 ->4.3.1->4.2.1->4.3.2 with no issues concerning the unlcok. Hope this helps.

I have seen a member who has also upgraded and the unlock remained.
I can understand your paranoia though. It's a risk. Good luck!

I have also done the IMEI unlock and upgraded to 4.2.1 4.10 bb from 4.0 1.59 bb with no problems. I've synced music, apps and no problem with my unlock. I pop in my tmobile sim after each sync.. Perhaps I'm paranoid too but I kept pc wifi on.

Just backup your unlock data with SAM as Simon mentioned earlier if you're paranoid (and it's best to be safe than sorry in any case). A really solid advice.
