there's a lot of threads that expalin unlocking. no software unlock for your baseband but the only way is gevey. they were offering IMEI unlock but that got shut down already.

Restore ur iPhone back to standard bb04.10.01 fw 4.3.2 then use a gevey sim.that's the bb&fw I'm using in uk and having no problems.pc tethering works fine also

Why should he restore? Gevey works just fine on jailbroken iPhones as well.

And OP, indeed there is no software unlock for your baseband atm, so your only option is to buy a Gevey SIM interposer.
