Question about iPhone Activation

Hello,
I have one question, I'm not from USA and couple days ago I bought Cingular sim card over Ebay so I can activate iPhones, but when I try to activate iPhone over iTunes, iTunes ask from me ZIP Code and last 4 digits of social number otherwise I can not activate, Is there any other way for me to activate iPhone?? (I'm from Europa Bosnia and Herzegovina)

What happens if you put a fake address ? Perhaps from a country / carrier that does not lock?

I found on google zip code from San Francisco I think and I put random some 4 digits numbers and when I try to activate the iTunes check that information and then i get message that information that I insert are not correct so I concluded that every ATT account is connected with iTunes, or im wrong !?
