Unlocking iPhone 4, ver 4.31, baseband 04.10.01

I bought an iphone 4 with the above specs and it was unlocked. Whle using iTunes to sync my contact information, I was upgraded to version 4.3.1 and baseband 04.10.01. and my phone became locked again.

I would appreciate any help to unlock the phone again, this time, permanently,if possible.
