Default Unlocked iPhone 3.2 and iTunes 10.2.2

I'm back on 3.2 (what can I say? I'm kind of backwards) and am trying to synch a new iPad with my Mac. The iPad wants the newest version of iTunes (10.2.2) but I am concerned that this will cause problems with synching my iPhone, as this was an issue for me back on my old iPhone.

Is that still the case, or am I just being uptight?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer!

i haven't seen anyone reporting issues with syncing after updating so i would say it should be no problem
In the end we're all just chalk lines on the concrete, drawn only to be washed away. For the time that I've been given, I am what I am.
