iPhone 3GS 4.1 06.15.00...Can I upgrade to 4.3.2?

Hi guys....I currently have an iPhone 3GS running IOS 4.1 with baseband 06.15.00. It is unlocked and jailbroken using pwnage and ultrasnow.

I would like to upgrade to 4.3.2, but I need to preserve my carrier unlock and untethered jailbreak...is this possible?

If so, can someone give me a link to a step by step guide on how to do this?

Yes, you need to download the IPSW for 4.3.2, run it through pwnage tool to create a custom ipsw. Put your phone in dfu mode (it will guide you through this), then upgrade through itunes using the custom ipsw. I don't know if there is an pwnage tool (the mac version of sn0wbreeze) available yet that is untethered.
