No software unlock will have to use a gevey or rebal sim. Or you can try the imei unlocks

imei unlocks are probably te best things out right now it is 150 i think but you will keep your unlock

You need to have the correct settings for your carrier And once you have it, try sending mms to yourself to activate it..
