iPhone 4, no signal

Hey

I'm having some trouble with my iPhone 4, the phone is locked to Telia DK (I'm from denmark) and when I pop in a Telia DK sim card it finds the carrier but the phone just doesn't get any signal bars

I have then bought a Gevey Sim since I want to use another carrier but when I use that I just get "No service"..

Anybody who knows what the problem is ?

Have you tried going to settings> Genaral > Reset > reset network settings

Also if you have jailbroken your phone try installing Ultrasn0w even if its not supported on your baseband it may help with the signal problem.

if they dont work then give us more info i.e

Firmware
Baseband
Jailbroken and if so with what ?

I have tried to reset network settings like 10 times, no help..

It is right now jailbroken with Redsn0w, bot have also tried with Greenp0sion and pwnage tool..

The phone has giving me the problem on 4.2.1 and 4.3.1 with both baseband 03.10.01 and 04.10.01...

i have exactly the same problem like you.. I live in England, im on O2 and i have 3GS with 4.1 jailbroken with redsn0w and then unlocked with ultrasn0w 1.2.1 (6.15 iPad bb) I dont have any signal bars, i cant call, send message, i can use my 3G though. What should i do? i tried with an other sim card (Three-3) and it says "No Service" and cant recognise the sim card. any suggestions?

yeah, I have noticed that some times I can use the 3G as well, although there is no bars.. And if I try to insert a sim from another carrier then Telia then I get "No service" just like you.. :-/

well, since a gevey doesnt work for me either, I might think that the phone is broken or Teila DK has blacklisted my phone.. I called them for some time ago because I though my phone had been stolen, which turned out being my daughter who thought it was funny to hide my phone So it was reported stolen, I have called them again when I found it and they wanted to know alot of things and the supporter said that it would not be blacklisted, but mayb they have made a mistake :-/ it work for like a week and then it just didnt want to find any bars..
