Original: 3GS, iOS 4.2.1, working T-Mobile user w/Ultrasn0w

Yesterday, I ordered this from WirelessFreedom615 (an MMI member). Today he called to say it was ready. Good personal service

How I made it work:

1. Uninstall ultrasn0w (yep, I had a working software lock), reboot
2. Connect to iTunes, recognized iPhone - but blank white page
3. Waited 5 minutes. No change
4. Disconnected from iTunes.
5. Power off/on 3GS
6. After boot, Whoolaaa .... Five (5) Signal Bars
7. Reconnect to iTunes
8. iTunes "Congratulations, you phone is unlocked" everything else normal.
9. Called 611 --- working. Called WirelessFreedome615 to report success on newly factory unlocked 3GS

Note1: Did not restore or upgrade
Note2: Did not sync or reset network settings
Note3: BB is original 4.26.x. If necessary, I can always reinstall ultrasn0w
Note4: Push, youtube still working. (Worked before, still works!)

One issue: My existing T-Mobile carrier bundle is not displaying the image. Will take me awhile to sort this out, maybe an invalid signature or some other stuff. This is minor and should easily be corrected.
