    Default Unlock iphone 3G w/out wifi

    I am currently in india with an iphone 3G that is jail broken, but my wifi card is broken so I can not get ultrasnow onto it. Is there any way to load ultrasnow from the computer? Or any other solution. I am in india so no way to connect to a cellular network.
