iPhone 4Unlock Question

Hey guys, I just had a question. I think I know the answer already but I just wanted to double check.

If I buy an iPhone 4 from apple.com today (assuming it has the latest firmware and baseband) and it comes factory unlocked, am I able to use my plan I have right now for my current non smart phone by going into the bell store, getting my plan on a sim crd (the phone I have now does not have a sim), using a sim card cutter, and sliding that newly cut, micro sim into the iPhone 4?

Or would I still have to jailbreak / unlock the phone?

As long as it is factory unlocked you should be good to go.

In the UK if you were to buy a factory unlocked iPhone and you wanted you mobile provider to supply you with a new sim you would simply ask them for a micro sim transfer....... Its no issue here, at the end of the day they are still getting your money regardless of what device your using!!!
