Is their anyone in the UK who's tested and confirmed this method of unlocking for iPhone 4?
I am desperate for an unlock and am willing to pay and try this method! Need my iPhone to accept vodafone sim.

yup i checked by phoning them and hanging up when the person spoke. I read, however, that this method is not confirmed to work with EVERY network, and there has not been thus far any news if it works on an iPhone on the three network.

It should work as long as 112 does not redirect to 911 on your network.

I thought it was the opposite :S
I read that it works IF your phone network redirects 112 to an emergency number ?

I don't think I would want to be redirected to 911 every time....they can trace the call back and will be angry after a few times lol.

So who has done the Gevey Sim unlock for (iPhone4, 4.2.1) BB 3.10.01? I am in Germany and am very interested in this. Back in the states I am an AT&T owner, but while in Germany I am a T-Mobile user. Does any one know if it will work for my set up?

Too early to tell. I have heard a few stories saying it was working in the US but don't know if they are confirmed or not.

They are kind of expensive. Online for 70 or I can go grab one now locally for 100. I don't think I need it that bad but would be fun to try it out.
