no unlock until official 4.3 comes out and the unlock won't be out for a bout 2 weeks after.
No way to lower baseband its not related the the firmware signing.
    just have to sit tight
Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.

Restore to 4.2.1 and you'll be ok, as long as the firmware is in GM stage I believe you're fine and the old baseband will be restored. Just make sure you do it before 4.3 is released.

Also, if you were on 5.15.04 there's no unlock for that either. As always though as the iPad baseband is higher that is still a possibility for your device.

Don't blindly upgrade is the lesson here.

Your response is only true if the poster had an ip4. He clearly does not have an ip4 based on his baseband.

There is nothing he can do now, unless he wants to go iPad baseband which I would not advise unless he was desperate for unlock.

I understand it's clearly not an iPhone 4 judging from the baseband version, hence my suggestion to use the iPad baseband.

Sorry I must have misunderstood the following statement:

"Restore to 4.2.1 and you'll be ok, as long as the firmware is in GM stage I believe you're fine and the old baseband will be restored. Just make sure you do it before 4.3 is released."
