Need your help who stayed on australia to unlock my Iphone 4.

i have bought iphone 4 from ebay.BB 02.10.4

i have check my iphone warranty. and i know that my iphone from australia.

i know unlock iphone 4 is free for 3/telstra/optus australia. by call to custumor service. but i can do that becouse i am leaving in indonesia.

as i checked my imei on https://unlock.vodafone.com.au is invalid. its mean my iphone not from vodafone.

and i dont know what my iphone from? 3/telstra/optus.

anyone can help me please to call custemor service from 3/optus/telstra to check my iphone IMEI? and than beg to unlock my iphone 4..please..please.
