Hi smart people,
I guess this is right place to ask for help.
I went through everything successfully with brand new iPhone. After loading LOCKDOWND files to proper places instruction says to turn off the phone, remove SIM, turn it on back again and tap UNLOCK icon to do the magic.
My problem is that there is no icon!
I reconnected to the phone using Cyberduck and LOCKDOWND files are sure there in APPLICATIONS and LIBEXEC directories. Still, when I remove SIM and turn on the phone, there is no icon.

Lockdown files (same file called LOCKDOWND) I transferred into following directories:
as per instruction on Part 4.
I didn't put unlock app anywhere. Is it under unlock.zip, what do I do with that?
I am back again, I understood your point. Downloaded unlock.app to the:
I checked usr/libexec directory again and there is my second file lockdownd sitting there.
Turned off the phone and removed SIM card. Turned in on and still there is no ULOCK icon. Just in case I went to the installer to see applications available for installations and didn't see Unlock application.
Shouldn't unlock.app be installing itself automatically and show icon on the screen?
