iPhone 3GS baseband 05.13.04 how to unlock?

Hi,

I have an iPhone 3GS with the 05.13.04 modem firmware and it's already jailbroken, but I did it a long time ago and don't remember what I used. I want to say limera1n. Anyway, it's currently version 4.0.1, but I need to unlock it. I was wondering what I would need to do in order to unlock it. I also wouldn't mind whiping it as I'm giving it to a friend. Please let me know what program to use and what ipsw I need to modify.

Just install ultrasnow from cydia to unlock

I downloaded it and installed it I believe. Is there any way to check if it works besides introducing a new sim card? The person I'm giving it to doesn't live in the country so I can't really test.
