Iphone 4 ver 4.2.1 B.B 1.59.00

Dear all
I have upgraded my iPhone 4. V 4.0 to V 4.2.1 and kept my B.B at 1.59.00. Now my iPhone is not functioning as smooth as before.
Problems;

- I don't get network signal as strong as before. Sometimes I lose whole network.

- safari address bar has no refresh button sometimes instead I use GO button but it won't do nothing.

-safari pages won't load up always having connection problem so I have to keep jump start (home+power) the phone still won't connect.

- I use to receive my pop emails in outlook now it runs then says updated but no email comes through.

Can you please tell me if these can be fixed? Also do you have any other problems?

Looks like I m the only one have problems. Ok I maybe go back to 4.0 version.
