iphone 3gs wont restore

everytime i try to restore it on itunes or lime rain or red rain or anything it wont boot up and itunes give me a 1015 error code and ive tried it on 3 diffrent computers i am using windows xp can anyone help me thanks

Is the iPad (6.15) baseband installed?

Make sure you have itunes 10. Are you just clicking restore?

yeas i have tried just restore and i tried downloading the ispw that this site offers and holding shift ad doingit that way and nothing works

does it matter what itunes version i have 10.1.2 itunes

You most likely have the ipad baseband if a regular restore won't work. Here is a guide to follow to put custom firmware on your iphone. You will have to search online for a custom firmware to use as links to custom firmware are not permitted.

thanks but i got it after i used red snow but now i have no carrier and cant send or recieve text or phone calls

Are you using an official sim card?

Try installing ultrasn0w 1.2 if you are not using an official sim.
