i've done it!!! so i thought i would share.the link at the end of these links is the person that did it on youtube.without this video help i doubt i would have done it.
ive bought an unlock and jailbreak on ebay.
managed to get so far as it unlocked but all my icons were missing when the phone was on.searched internet,ive tried sbsetting,poof.ive tried tethered,restore itunes with shift button,
comes up with error 1015.tried reboot it,at the moment i stuck on the usb and itunes(tried to kick out of recovery,no joy)recboot,then easyi recovery,tinyumbrella.
i dont want to completely make my iphone no use.its just stuck still on the usb/itunes.
any help would be appreciated,thanks.

You should have read this forum more carefuly. It was better to donate the money directly, if you felt like it, to one of the developers of the jb progs, even to tiny, these guys have spent days trying to help us all; than to the crooks. I am realy sorry to tell u but you were scammed! In plain English, you got ripped off BIG TIME. There are a lot of guys in this forum that can make u wiser, not me though. I owe a lot to some of them. All these progs are freeware! Read elsewhere in the forum the procedure to unlock your brick, u can also check the iclarify tutorials, download the progs again, cross your fingers or pray and try it again!
