4.2.1 untethered JB for MC models?

Hey guys, I just had my iPhone 4 shipped to me thru UPS w 4.2.1 firmware, I was wondering if the untethered JB has been released, also will u be able to unlock? I'm using basement 03:10:01, can anyone Help???

I saw that Dev team confirmed one, was it just BETA version? I also have my iTunes program file changed so it goes to sauriks server instead of iTunes, I could downgrade on 3G-S to 3.1.3 so can I do that now w iPhone 4 or do I need ssh's specifically on this phone???

You need SHSH to be able to downgrade. Also for that untethered redsnow beta to work you would need 4.2b3 SHSH. Since you say it is new you wouldn't have any of these.

So basically I can't downgrade ever on my new iPhone 4 then huh? I really hope this JB comes out soon, do u kno if it's going to be an unlock as well?
