3g 5.13.04 bb + 4.2.1

Is there a way to upgrade from 4.0 to 4.2.1 w/out upgrading to the iPad baseband? there still issues w/ gps and battery drain or am I just being nutty about this? I'm stuck on windows and the ultrasn0w unlock is the most important thing w/ this, please let me know.

You can goto 4.1 with sn0wbreeze. I think that the highest so far. From windows that is.

I have previously tried snowbreeze, had no luck with the ispw file that was created.
