I Have Many Questions About iPhone UnLocking !



I want to buy the iPhone from Apple Store ( Website ) ...

But I am afraid that the iPhone version will be 1.1.1 !



I want to know if the version was 1.1.1 can I unlock it ?

If not can I downdate it to 1.0.2 ?

And what is the best program for unlocking it ? anySIM or freeSIM ?

Are the unlocking program for free ?

After unlocking will there be any problems in the iPhone ?
