Can I just unlock a 3GS 3.1.3 with 05.12.01 baseband without jailbreaking the phone thanks.

No you have to jailbreak it.

No you can use the iPhone itself and go to JailbreakMe to jailbreak it.

Hey guys how can I update my iPhone to 4.0 the proper way and keep it unlock step by step I don`t want to turn my phone into paper weigh or if you can point me to the right place to read about it thanks
