help me out guys .. iphone 3gs help

guys i am having iphone 3gs which was on 3.1.3 and i updated it to 4.2.1 but when i use to jailbreak it .. it stuck on apple logo . teh frm pwange i do tethered boot.. iphone gets active. bt der is no wifi and bluetooth option and iphone geting restart after 5 min and getng stuck on apple logo.. once i was able to to get wifi and was unlocking through cydia.. bt when it says to reboot again it again get stuck on apple logo.. m getng ****** up nw.. can u plz tel me step by step clearly how to do unlock and jailbreak.. tryng it frm last 2 days

i updated to new baseband also... i think so but i am not sure abt it.. i used cydia + ipad basedband .. does it means baseband is updated ? and even i dnt knw is my iphone have new boot room or old one.. plz help me guys...

I'm having the same issue. But mine goes to the iTunes logo after reboot. I use thethared boot, it does the same. I used the 4.2.1 restore+iPad baseband.

If you're on tethered It means you have to connect to your comPuter every time and run redsn0w and jailbreak
