I need help PLEASE!!

I know absolutely nothing about unlocking an iphone so I need someone who is patient. I've tried taking it to others to fix but I question how much they really know either. Here is my problem.

I have an iPhone 3Gs with Bell Mobility.

I want to Pakistan in December and my phone wouldn't work with my provider so I was told that I could have it unlocked and use a SIM from Pakistan in it. They used Redsn0w for Version 4.2.1. It froze up on the Apple Logo screen and I took it to them and they fixed it once while I was there but otherwise I didnt have any problems. As soon as I got back to Canada it happened again. I looked up the problem on the internet and tried resetting it. This didnt work. I didn't realize you werent supposed to try and restore the iphone so I tried doing that through iTunes but it came up with Error 1015. I've taken it to 2 people who said they may be able to fix it and I have no idea what they have tried but they were unsuccessful.

Does anyone have ANY suggestions or know what I should do? Any advice is WELCOMED!!!

What you probably have is a tethered jailbreak with iOS 4.2.1

Eyery time you reset or power off the phone you need to connect to computer and run redsn0w boot tethered.
