Does f0recast work on Iphone 4 that is stuck on itunes screen? Is there a way to bypass the itunes screen without att sim card?

Jailbreaking should bypass that screen if it isn't just iTunes screen. If it is the emergency call screen then jb will bypass. If it's stuck in recovery, you'll need a restore

Or iphones with a passcode that you dont know? I bought one that is locked up and I thought I could JB/UL it but now I dont know

You should never buy an iPhone that is locked. It can get reported stolen and then apple can disable it.

I didnt know it was locked up! Bought on ebay and then the person lied through paypal and now im stuck with it and out my money. I wish I didnt get stuck with it. I had no intention of buying a locked up iphone.

You can complain to eBay and you can return the product and Paypal will refund to you unless you are not telling the truth.
We don't usually help guys with forgotten passcode, an owner should be able to remember password . 9 out of 10 cases with this issue is stolen and we do not encourage theft or any stolen property.

I completely understand wherbuoy are coming from. I have complained to eBay and paypal for 2 months. I have file a police report with the local authorities as well as with the police where the seller is from. In the end I have been taken advantage of by one ofany scammers in the eBay community. It is not the first time as I have been an avid user and powerseller for over 12 years now. With the craze of the iPhone all over the world has come an abundance of scammers. Itook all the necesarry precautions when buying as i always do. If these scammers in the world today would put forth half the energy they spend ripping people off towards real business they would be successful. It's really sad. Sorry for rambling but it really gets too me especially after Iost a good amount of money on a useless phone. If anyone could help me salvage this paperweight it would be greatly appreciated. I strongly suggest you push this to be returned. Your device if reported stolen can lock it up for good. All it will do is tell you you have to take it to Apple and even restores and jailbreaks don't work on it.

You are a Power seller for 12 years, how could you fall into a scanmer. It doesn't make sense.
Ebay policy on electronics will only release the payment after 21 days unless a feedback is received.
Unfortunately , I am still suspicious about this whole thing and I am not convinced
regarding your claims.
