    Default Iphone 4 carrier unlock

    Hey there,

I bought an iphone 4 back on the release date in july last year in the states locked to AT&T - I'm now back in the UK and would like to use my iphone over here.

    It's currently running 4.1 (8B117) and a baseband of 02.10.04

I understand that there is currently no unlock available until 4.3 is going to be released and we currently dont know when that'll be either... Is there any way of downgrading to a previous firmware and carrier unlocking it so I can use it in the UK? Help!

Even if you could downgrade the firmware it will not help you. The baseband version is what determines your ability to unlock. Your 2.10 baseband is not presently unlockable. Expect to see one after 4.3 and Verizon iphone release.
