Default iPhone 4 4.2.1 stuck in Recovery Mode

I bought an iPhone 4 last week and jb'ed using redsn0w 0.9.6b4. There was an issue with the phone making a weird rattling noise so I decided I should take it back to get it checked out. So I tried to restore it to factory settings and now I've somehow ran into a situation where I'm stuck in recovery mode. I am using Mac OSX and have the most updated iTunes software. The iPhone firmware version is 4.2.1. Everytime I try to restore everything seems to be going fine until at the end it says that the restore can't be completed (I think I remember seeing an error 1013). I just want to get the phone back to factory settings so I can take it back and get it checked out. Can anyone help me out? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Did you ever save your SHSHs? Check with TinyUmbrella (click here to download) and see if you've got 4.1 saved.

If TU can't see your device, do you remember ever saving SHSHs through Cydia or TU?

Sounds like you need to go to the advance settings of tiny umbrella and uncheck he box that say set hosts to Cydia then restore the phone through iTunes it will update the baseband but if your taking it back to apple it won't matter anyway
