Disable Network Pop-up

Whenever I'm in secluded area on when I'm in train (underground), I always receive this message saying that "Your network has been lost, please choose another network"
Network referring to your carrier , not your Internet. This happens when your signal bars deteoriate. Whenever I got this message, I can either tap the settings or dismiss it. I normally dismiss it as the network will come back later on. But the message appears very often and it disturbs me when I play a un-multi taskable game and has to restart it all over. So I want to off the message/popup even when I lost my network. Can anyone help me or give me solutions.

Be sure you have automatic selected under "carrier"
